This is my official guide for providing travel advice for people who are flying out to Magic events for the first time, as well as a guide to all of the food that I’m planning to check out in Chicago during my time there.

I’m already looking forward to being there and meeting and playing with Magic fans from all over…

…but there is one thing to think about: I need to make sure that I’m prepared!

In this article, I wanted to take a look at some of the highlights from the event. I also wanted to get some insight from an experienced MagicCon attendee, so I enlisted the help of Rebell Son.

This time around, we had a wide open field for our players to cut through to get to the Top 4 and, taking it all, we had Xccepted piloting his build of Kenrith, the Returned King (deck embedded at the bottom of this page) as our PlayMAX Champion.
